On my own perspective, I believe everyone is a leader. This is because leadership begins in our homes – that’s where we exhibit leadership qualities; care, tolerance, openness, etc. Every leader should be able to live a positive and exemplary life. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( 了解更多)

I'm inspired by a lot of the things I see around me. But my deepest
inspiration comes from the drive to survive.
I'm inspired by people like the Prophet Muhammad, Jesus Christ, and all the
Prophets because of the exemplary lives that they led, and that in each of
their actions they were responsible for and accountable to the entire
community of mankind. Closer to my historical time I'm inspired by the
writings of people like Gandhi and Allama Iqbal, although I need to learn
